I also loved how included I was. From the design phase onward, they bring you in upfront, and I appreciated not having to hire extra people because they already had a dedicated design specialist to guide me.

One of my concerns was the layout—where the kitchen, living room, and bedroom would be. I asked if we could flip the kitchen so that when I’m looking outside, I see the sunlight coming in. Their response? Great, let’s do it. That flexibility and willingness meant so much.
