We decided to build an ADU mainly for our parents. As they started getting older and dealing with health issues, we knew they couldn’t stay in a multi-story home. They needed something single-story, comfortable, and close to us. Rental income was a bonus, but family came first.

Everything was straightforward—the website was clear, nothing felt over-sold or under-sold.
